Effective Date: September 19, 2026
Welcome to Holistic Entrepreneur Association.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Holistic Entrepreneur Association (“HEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, memberships, programs, digital products, educational materials, online tools, community features, live sessions, and related services.
By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or membership, or accessing an HEA service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About HEA
HEA provides business education, resources, tools, community, and professional development primarily for wellness professionals and entrepreneurs.
Our offerings may include:
- The HEA Professional Membership
- Online courses and trainings
- Worksheets, templates, and guides
- Business planning tools and assessments
- Live workshops and Laser Coaching
- Community features
- AI-powered business and content tools
- Digital products and resources
Specific features and resources may change over time as HEA evolves.
2. Accounts and Access
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use paid HEA services.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and login credentials secure.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships, courses, tools, and other paid resources are licensed to one individual and may not be shared with others.
You may not share your login information or provide another person with access to paid HEA resources through your account.
3. Purchases and Payments
Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, or other payment platforms.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If a payment fails, access to paid services may be suspended until the account is brought current.
4. Memberships and Recurring Billing
Some HEA services, including the Professional Membership, may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to automatically charge the payment method you provide according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.
Your membership will continue to renew until you cancel it.
You may cancel at any time using the cancellation options available through your account or by contacting us at support@teamhea.com.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. If a change applies to an existing subscription, we will provide advance notice when required.
5. Refunds
All refunds, cancellations, and billing corrections are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with us. Please review it before making a purchase.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy on any matter relating to refunds, the Refund Policy controls.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge, please contact us at support@teamhea.com so we can review the issue.
6. Digital Products and Membership Resources
HEA products and memberships may include videos, trainings, worksheets, templates, assessments, recordings, articles, guides, planning tools, AI tools, and other digital resources.
Access to particular resources may depend on the product you purchased or your active membership status.
HEA may update, replace, reorganize, improve, or discontinue individual resources and features over time.
Unless an offer specifically states that it includes lifetime access, purchasing a product or membership does not guarantee permanent access to every resource.
7. Live Sessions and Laser Coaching
HEA may offer workshops, group coaching, Laser Coaching, Q&A sessions, and other live educational events.
These sessions are intended for general education and professional development and do not create an individual consulting, legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advisory relationship.
Some live sessions may be recorded and made available to members.
If you participate in a recorded session using your camera, microphone, chat, or other interactive features, your participation may appear in the recording.
If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may choose not to activate your camera or microphone and may use another method to submit questions when available.
8. Community Guidelines
HEA is intended to be a respectful professional community.
When participating in HEA community spaces, live sessions, or other interactive features, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
- Share another member’s confidential or private information
- Spam or mass-solicit members
- Add members to marketing lists without permission
- Post unlawful, defamatory, or intentionally misleading material
- Scrape or collect member information
- Impersonate another person or business
- Disrupt HEA services or platforms
Members are welcome to naturally connect, collaborate, and refer business to one another. However, community access should not be treated as permission to send unsolicited promotional messages.
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
HEA’s original courses, trainings, videos, frameworks, worksheets, templates, assessments, tools, written materials, branding, graphics, and other resources are owned by or licensed to HEA.
Your purchase gives you a limited license to use these materials for your own learning and business.
You may apply what you learn through HEA in your own business.

If a particular resource includes additional licensing permissions, those permissions will be stated with that resource.
10. Your Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit to HEA, including your business information, questions, prompts, written content, and other materials.
We may process or store that information as needed to provide the service you requested.
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, interview, success story, or other promotional content, we will use it according to the permission you provide.
HEA does not claim ownership of your business, brand, clients, or original intellectual property simply because you use our services.

HEA may provide tools that use artificial intelligence to assist with activities such as:
- Business planning

Do not enter confidential client or patient information, protected health information, passwords, financial credentials, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive information into an HEA AI tool unless the specific tool expressly states that it is designed to process that information.
Subject to applicable law and third-party technology terms, you may use content generated for you through HEA’s AI tools in your own business.
