The HEA Professional Membership Has Been Rebuilt

by | Oct 1, 2026 | Tools & Resources to Grow Your Business

If you’re already an HEA Professional Membership member, you’re about to notice some pretty significant changes.

And I want to give you the full picture of what’s changing, why I changed it, and how the new membership is designed to support you differently going forward.

Because this isn’t just a new portal or a few updated resources.

I’ve essentially rebuilt the membership around one question:

What would actually help you move your business forward right now?

After more than a decade of working with wellness practitioners, I’ve become increasingly convinced that most people don’t need another giant library of business trainings. They don’t need another 47-item checklist. And they definitely don’t need more things sitting inside a membership making them feel like they’re behind.

What most practitioners need is much more practical: help figuring out what matters next, and then, once that’s clear, the tools, guidance and support to actually do it.

That’s the idea behind the new HEA Professional Membership.

The Big Shift

Previously, every member received many of the same monthly resources:

  • an Essential Steps checklist
  • a recorded training
  • a monthly workshop
  • a pre-written wellness article
  • done-for-you social media posts

Those resources were useful, but they still weren’t as personalized as I would have liked.

The new membership works differently. Instead of giving you more resources to sort through, the goal is to help you identify what your business needs right now and then give you tools that adapt to your business, audience, goals and capacity.

Here’s what that looks like.

1. Meet the Holistic Business Blueprint Navigator

The monthly Essential Steps checklist is being replaced by something much more personalized. The Holistic Business Blueprint Navigator is designed to help answer:

What should I actually focus on this month?

The first time you use it, you’ll complete a short business profile and assessment. It looks at your business across the five areas of the Holistic Business Blueprint:

  • Clarity. Who you help, what you offer and the outcome you help create.
  • Identity. Your messaging, brand, foundational business setup and how your business presents itself.
  • Systems. The systems that help the business actually function: payments, booking, onboarding, client tracking and other operational basics.
  • Attraction. How new people discover you, enter your world and eventually become clients or customers.
  • Expansion. How you review what’s working, improve your offers and build on the traction you already have.

From there, the Navigator identifies the area that deserves the most attention right now and creates a personalized monthly plan. Your plan includes:

  • a primary focus
  • a supporting focus
  • any immediate issues that may be blocking progress
  • three concrete priorities
  • why each priority matters
  • the first step to take
  • what “done” looks like

So instead of opening HEA and wondering which training to watch or which marketing tactic you should try next, you have a much clearer starting point.

And it changes with you. Each month, you’ll complete a short check-in about things like:

  • your current goal
  • your biggest challenge
  • how last month’s priorities went
  • a few simple business numbers
  • anything significant that has changed

Then you’ll receive an updated plan.

And if something changes mid-month, you can ask the Navigator to revise it. Maybe you suddenly have less time, launch a new offer, change your audience, or realize the plan is simply too ambitious.

The goal is not to give you more to do, it’s to help you identify the few things most worth doing.

2. The New Wellness Content Engine

The monthly pre-written article and done-for-you social media pack are also being retired. Instead, you’ll now have tools that help you create content specifically around:

  • your expertise
  • your audience
  • your offers
  • your voice
  • your business goals

The new Wellness Content Engine currently includes two tools:

Article Builder

The Article Builder helps you create substantial, research-backed wellness articles that you can publish under your own name. You can choose your topic or generate ideas based on your business, then select the angle you want to take, the points you want to cover, who you’re writing for, your tone, length and call to action.

The Article Builder connects to real research sources, including PubMed, along with trusted health institutions, and incorporates in-text citations and a reference list into the article. It can only cite research it actually retrieved.

You can also upload samples of your own writing so the system can learn the characteristics of your voice and use those when creating future articles.

Once an article is created, you can revise it, edit it yourself and keep previous versions. The goal is to help you create something that feels like your content, not generic copy that could belong to any wellness professional.

Social Post Creator

The Social Post Creator doesn’t start with “Tell me what you want to post today.” It starts by helping you build a content strategy. You’ll define things like:

  • your audience
  • goals
  • offers
  • content pillars
  • platforms
  • preferred content formats
  • how often you realistically want to post
  • your social media voice
  • how personal you want your content to be

From there, it creates a strategy based around what you’re actually willing and able to do. So if you don’t want to make talking-head videos every day, it’s not going to build you a strategy that depends on talking-head videos every day.

When you’re ready to create a post, it then helps you work through topic, angle, format, hook, details and call to action.

And what it generates depends on the format. For a video, that may include the hook, script, on-screen text, B-roll ideas, caption, CTA and cover text. For a carousel, it can build the post slide by slide.

You can also take a saved article and turn it into social content.

The goal is to help you create content that fits into an actual strategy for your business.

3. The Visual Brand Builder

The new Visual Brand Builder helps you create or refine your visual identity without starting with the usual “What colors do you like?”

Instead, it starts with your business. You’ll answer questions about what you do, who you serve, how you want the brand to feel, your existing visual identity, and any colors, fonts or logo elements you want to keep. You’ll also react to different visual directions and define where you fall across several brand spectrums.

From there, the Brand Builder creates a complete visual direction, including:

  • a named brand direction
  • brand personality words
  • a five-color palette with HEX codes
  • guidance for how each color should be used
  • heading and body fonts available through Google Fonts and Canva
  • typography hierarchy
  • photography direction
  • graphic style
  • logo direction
  • what to avoid visually

You’ll also receive an Apply Your Brand guide showing how to translate the brand into things like your website, social media, PDFs and lead magnets, a brand photo shoot and presentations.

And everything is summarized into a Brand Board that you can save as a PDF and hand to your designer, VA, photographer, web developer or other collaborators. You’ll even have a copy-and-paste description of your visual identity that you can use in other tools when you need to explain your brand.

And if you want to experiment? You can try different palettes and font pairings, return to earlier versions and update your brand later as the business evolves.

These Tools Were Built Specifically for Wellness Practitioners

There’s a lot more happening behind these tools than what you see on the surface.

I’ve spent more than a decade working specifically with wellness practitioners, along with coaching and consulting for multiple seven-figure wellness businesses. The strategies, frameworks, questions and standards I’ve developed through that work are built directly into how these tools guide you.

That means the tools are designed to walk you through the thinking that needs to happen first rather than assuming that you already know the perfect thing to ask.

For example:

  • The Navigator isn’t simply generating a random list of business ideas. It follows a structured framework for determining where your attention should go.
  • The Article Builder retrieves real research first and works from the sources it actually found.
  • The Social Post Creator first helps build the strategy your posts and captions should support rather skipping straight to writing.
  • The Brand Builder starts with positioning and audience (rather than just aesthetics), then works outward from there.

In other words: they’re designed to help you actually make better business decisions, not simply do things faster.

And the Tools Know Each Other

This is another piece I’ve been especially excited to build.

Once you’ve told HEA about your business, you won’t need to keep starting from scratch. Your core business profile can help pre-fill other tools. Your audience and offers can carry with you. Your visual brand can be stored and used by future tools.

The goal is for the membership to increasingly understand the context of your business instead of making you re-explain everything every time you need help.

4. Monthly Laser Coaching

The monthly live workshop is also changing. Instead of a general workshop each month, you’ll now have Laser Coaching.

Each month will still have an HEA business theme, but the live session will be focused around real member questions and situations. You’ll be able to submit your question ahead of time, and we’ll work through selected questions together live.

That might mean looking at:

  • an offer you’re struggling to position
  • a marketing plan that feels too complicated
  • a message that isn’t landing
  • a system that has gotten messy
  • a decision you’ve been circling for weeks
  • the thing you keep telling yourself you’ll “figure out later”

Replays will be posted afterward, along with a summary and any supporting resources from the session.

The idea is to give you somewhere to go when you know what you’re trying to do but need another set of eyes on it.

What’s Going Away?

As the new membership rolls out, the following monthly resources are being retired:

  • Essential Steps checklists
  • monthly recorded trainings
  • monthly workshops in their previous format
  • the pre-written monthly wellness article
  • done-for-you social media packs

That does not mean the underlying Holistic Business Blueprint is going away. You’ll still have access to resources that walk you through the five Blueprint areas: Clarity, Identity, Systems, Attraction and Expansion.

What’s changing is that you won’t be expected to work through everything simply because it exists. The Navigator will help you figure out what matters now.

A Note About the Current Newsletter and Social Packs

If there are existing newsletters or social media packs inside the current Kajabi portal that you’d like to keep, please download them before October 20th, 2026.

Once we transition fully into the new platform, those monthly content resources will no longer be the way content is delivered. Going forward, the Wellness Content Engine will help you create content specifically for your own business instead.

Your Membership Price Is Staying the Same

If you’re already an HEA Professional Membership member, you’ll remain grandfathered at your current rate.

The new standard price for the HEA Professional Membership will be increasing, and I’m really happy that those of you who have already been part of HEA get to keep your current pricing while receiving everything that’s being added.

We’re Moving to a New Member Platform

The HEA Professional Membership is also moving out of our current Kajabi portal and into a completely new platform. Your new home will be programs.holisticentrepreneurassociation.com.

You do not need to create an account yet. You’ll receive a separate email inviting you to set up your new account in the coming days. Once that email arrives, follow the link inside to create your login.

What Should I Do First?

Once you’re inside the new membership, I recommend starting here:

  1. Complete the Holistic Business Blueprint Navigator. This gives you your first personalized business plan and helps determine where your attention should go.
  2. Explore the new tools. Take a look at the Wellness Content Engine and Visual Brand Builder so you know what’s available when you need them.
  3. Register for the next Laser Coaching session. If you already know what you’re stuck on, submit your question ahead of time.
  4. Use the Blueprint resources as needed. You don’t need to go through every training. Use the Navigator to help determine what area deserves deeper attention, then pull from the Blueprint when it supports what you’re working on.

Let’s go!

I’ve wanted HEA to work this way for a very long time.

Not as another place where you log in and see a giant library of things you could be doing, but as a place that can help you look at your business, figure out what matters, and move forward with more clarity.

Something that meets you where you are, becomes increasingly useful because it understands your business, and gives you the tools and support to actually implement what you’re working on.

That’s what I’ve been working on building for many months with this new version of the HEA Professional Membership and I’m really excited for you to finally experience it.

Your new account invitation will be arriving separately. If you haven’t received it yet, keep an eye on your inbox over the next few days.
