October 2026

Welcome to the first HEA Monthly Edit ✨

I’ve been sending the HEA Community Kit every single month for more than 10 years, which is a little wild to think about.

But the way we build and market wellness businesses has changed quite a bit in the last decade, and I decided the Community Kit was ready to change with it.

So welcome to The HEA Monthly Edit.

You’ll still find some of the things you’ve always loved, including fresh wellness imagery each month, but the new Edit is designed to give you a little more business perspective, marketing inspiration, and something useful to take with you into the month ahead.

And because I know most of us already have plenty on our plates, the goal isn’t to give you more things to do.

It’s to help you look at your business with fresh eyes and recognize what may actually be worth doing next.

01Monthly Business Reset

What did last month actually show you?

October puts us firmly into the final stretch of the year.

There’s still plenty of time to make meaningful progress, but this is also the point when it’s easy to look at everything you haven’t accomplished yet and assume you need a whole new plan.

Before you add anything, take a few minutes to look at what September actually showed you.

That’s exactly what the Monthly Business Reset is designed to help you do.

You’ll reflect on where you made progress, what created momentum, what didn’t move things forward, and what matters most now. Then, the Reset takes your answers and turns them into a clear week-by-week plan for the month ahead.

No need to come up with your monthly plan staring at a blank page or trying to organize all of your thoughts yourself.

The Monthly Business Reset helps you make a smarter plan for this month.

02This Month’s Business Move

Use what you already have.

One of the easiest traps to fall into as an entrepreneur is assuming the next thing you create will finally be the thing that works.

A new lead magnet. A new workshop. A new offer. A new social series.

Meanwhile, there may already be something sitting inside your business that simply hasn’t gotten enough exposure yet.

So this month, experiment with something simple:

Choose one existing offer, resource, or piece of content and put it back to work.

Maybe it’s an offer you haven’t talked about lately, a lead magnet that still solves a real problem, an article that performed particularly well, a workshop you’ve already created, a strong client testimonial, or a topic that consistently gets a response.

Then ask:

How could I get more mileage out of this before I create something new?

Maybe one strong article becomes several smaller conversations.

Maybe you revisit a topic people responded to six months ago.

Maybe you share an old testimonial in a different context.

Maybe you follow up with someone who previously expressed interest.

The goal isn’t to endlessly repeat yourself. It’s to stop assuming your audience saw, remembered, and acted on something simply because you mentioned it once.

You may not need more ideas this month. You may just need more repetitions of the right ones.

03Content Inspiration

A few conversations worth having this month

You don’t need 31 new content ideas for October.

Start with a few good conversations that make sense for the people you actually want to reach.

Revisit something that already got a response

Look back through your emails, articles, videos, or social posts. What got more replies, saves, questions, or conversations than usual?

Instead of simply reposting it, ask: what was it about this idea that resonated, and what’s another angle I could take on it?

Answer the question you keep hearing

Think about the questions that come up repeatedly in client conversations, consultations, DMs, comments, or everyday conversations about your work.

If people keep asking it, there’s probably content there.

Show people how you think

Share something you approach differently, a belief that shapes your work, something you’ve changed your mind about professionally, or what you tend to consider when someone comes to you with a particular concern.

Sometimes your perspective is more valuable than another list of tips.

Talk about the moment before someone needs your help

What is your ideal client experiencing before they realize they need support?

What have they already tried? What keeps frustrating them? What do they wish were easier?

Those moments often make excellent content because they help the right person recognize themselves.

Seasonal angles worth considering

If they fit your work, October naturally lends itself to conversations around seasonal nourishment, immune resilience, changing daylight and sleep, cooler-weather routines, end-of-year stress, and Halloween or sugar.

Choose the ones that genuinely make sense for your expertise rather than forcing a seasonal hook.

HEA Professional Members: If one of these sparks an idea, your Wellness Content Engine can help you develop it into article angles, social hooks, and post ideas tailored to your niche and audience.

04October Wellness Photo Inspiration

05Inside HEA This Month

October Focus: Attraction

Inside the HEA Professional Membership, we’re going deeper into what’s already getting a response in your marketing and how to turn that into something more consistent.

We’ll be looking at what seems to be resonating, which visibility channel deserves more attention, what you can repurpose instead of recreate, and how to turn scattered marketing into a more sustainable rhythm.

But the monthly HEA theme isn’t automatically your personal to-do list.

Your Holistic Business Blueprint Navigator looks at where your business currently stands and helps identify the priorities that deserve your attention right now, even if that means you need to work on Clarity, Identity, or Systems before Attraction.

Members also have access to the Wellness Content Engine, this month’s AI resources, and October Laser Coaching:

How do I turn what’s working, or starting to work, into something more consistent?

So while this month’s Edit is inviting all of us to look at how we can use more of what we already have, inside HEA we’ll help you determine what your business should actually be working on, and support you as you do it.
